Making a Claim

This is one of the most important roles of a professional insurance broker. It is traumatic enough to have a claim without having to learn how to handle it as you go along, often alone.

The first thing you do is ring your Broker who will be able to advise you on what needs to be done such as getting Police Reports and any other documentation.

He will assist you in the completion of claim forms, the appointment of Loss Adjusters, if required, the processing of the claim and may even personally deliver to you the settlement cheque.
